1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using chatbuk (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use chatbuk.
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. The service
chatbuk lets you capture information by chat (text, voice, or image), which your AI agents turn into structured records, remember, and summarize as insights. Features evolve, and we may add, change, or remove functionality over time.
AI-generated output
Agent responses and extracted records are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. chatbuk is not a financial, legal, tax, or professional advisor. You are responsible for reviewing your records and for any decisions you make based on them.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content and records you create. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
5. Third-party connections
When you connect a third-party app (such as Google Sheets), you authorize chatbuk to act on your behalf within the scope you grant. Your use of those apps is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access other users' data or to breach our security.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or that you have no right to share.
7. Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before changes affect you.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
8. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, chatbuk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
