Our practices
How your data stays safe
Encryption in transit & at rest
All traffic is served over TLS. Sensitive fields and connection tokens are encrypted at rest with authenticated encryption.
Tenant isolation
Data is scoped per user and per workspace. Personal and business workspaces are kept strictly separate.
PII redaction
Personal identifiers are redacted before any content is embedded into our semantic memory index.
Authentication
Signed, expiring access tokens with server-side verification. Connection secrets are never exposed to the browser.
Least privilege
Services request only the access they need, and every sensitive operation is logged for audit.
Token hygiene
Third-party tokens are encrypted and auto-refreshed; when you disconnect an app we delete our stored copy and revoke it with the provider where supported.
Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? We appreciate your help and will work with you in good faith. Please report it privately and give us reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure.
