  • Do you analyze my chats?

    We only analyze the context of your message temporarily to convert it into useful formats like expense logs or photo albums. The raw chat itself is not stored or reused.

  • What kind of data do you store in Google Drive?

    We save structured information like Excel sheets for expenses or organized photo albums, based on your inputs. Everything is stored in your Google Drive, under your control.

  • How does the subscription model work?

    We offer a subscription plan that unlocks premium features like voice and image processing. Free users can use basic text-based features.

  • Do I need technical skills to use this?

    Not at all! You can use simple messages like '200 for groceries' or send a receipt image or voice note. We'll handle the rest and update your records in Google Drive.

  • Can I export or download my data?

    Yes. Since all data is saved in your Google Drive as spreadsheets or folders, you can access, export, or share it anytime just like any other Drive file.

  • What happens if I cancel my subscription?

    Your existing records in Google Drive remain untouched. However, you’ll lose access to premium features like voice/image-based inputs until you resubscribe.

  • Can Chatbuk access other files in my Google Drive?

    No. Chatbuk only has access to the specific folder it creates in your Google Drive. As per Google’s policy, we cannot view or interact with any of your other files or folders.
